Neqarah 63

What we do

Neqarah 63 is a division of Forthtelling Word Education which facilitates education in multiple media. The Neqarah 63 brand represents durable handmade ceramic pieces of functional heirloom art intended to be passed down from generation to generation.

What’s in the name Neqarah 63

During the summer of 2023, my body was attacked by a flesh-eating-bacteria that entered my right hand (RH), my dominant hand, through an healed puncture while playing in the lake at a family campout. The bacteria devoured my RH index, middle, and ring fingers. Even though a total of 63 days were spent in the hospital, I was kept in perfect peace as I watched God at work in my life, as well, as, others.     

 I describe the experience as being in a cleft of the rock for 63 days. Strong’s Hebrew Concordance’s #5366, lists the Hebrew word “neqarah” for the phrase “cleft of the rock”. My RH is minimally functional, but I can create items using the left hand. I chose “Neqarah 63” as the brand name for the ceramicware that I produce. I pray that the pieces educate, edify, and are enjoyed for generations to come.
